About Mero Planters

Mero planters are crafted from a high-quality fiberglass resin composite. This material offers a perfect blend of durability, lightweight design, and a sleek aesthetic.

Durability: Fiberglass is incredibly resistant to cracking, chipping, and weather extremes, making them ideal for both indoor and outdoor use.

Lightweight: Mero planters are significantly lighter than ceramic or concrete planters, making them easier to move and handle.

Versatility: Fiberglass allows for intricate designs and a smooth, contemporary finish that complements various décor styles.

Weather Resistance: Unlike some materials, fiberglass won't fade or crack in sunlight and can withstand freezing temperatures.

Absolutely! Fiberglass resin is non-toxic and will not harm your plants.

    Planting and Care

Drainage is crucial for plant health. All Mero planters come with drainage holes to prevent waterlogging during rain.

    • 1. Place a drainage screen or mesh at the base to prevent soil blockage.
    • 2. Add a 2-3 inch layer of lightweight gravel for better drainage.
    • 3. Fill the pot with a well-draining, high-quality potting mix suitable for your plant type.
    • 1. Gently remove your plant from its current pot.
    • 2. Place the plant in the Mero planter, ensuring proper root coverage and positioning.
    • 3. Fill the remaining space with potting mix and gently compress to remove air pockets.
    • 4. Water your plant thoroughly according to its specific watering needs.

Fiberglass planters are low-maintenance. Simply wipe them clean with a damp cloth and mild soap when needed. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

    Additional Questions

Unfortunately, custom designs are not currently available. However, Mero offers a wide range of styles and sizes to suit your needs.

The ideal planter size depends on your plant's mature height and root system. A general rule is to choose a planter 2-3 inches wider in diameter than the current pot. For further guidance, refer to plant-specific recommendations or consult our team at Mero.
